Maharashtra is taken a new step in the view of current situation, as the
outbreak of COVID-19;
Department hereby published
notification no. CL/IR/COVID/Desk dated 20th Mar’2020 to all
Public/Private Establishment.
Below are some highlights of the said notification:

Govt.
requesting to citizens to remain at home & not to venture out;
·
Constraint the worker/employee to report at work;
·
Not to
terminate any employee, causal or contract worker;
·
Not to
reduce wages of any employee, causal or contract worker;
·
Leave shall be deemed to be on duty without any
consequential deduction in wage period;
